The approach undertaken by PKP could be best described as packaging and repackaging of existing UKM courses into programmes that fit better with the requirements of Malaysian workforce.<\/p>\n<p>Formal meetings are only conducted in the evenings or during the weekends in order not to disrupt participants\u2019 work obligations.
